Inclusiveness is the ability to understand and respect the perspectives of others, and it is an important competency for facilitating collaboration and communication among people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives within the organization.

High Level of Ethical Awareness

A high level of ethical awareness is the constant pursuit of correct behavior in various situations that occur within and outside the organization. This plays an important role in increasing the trustworthiness and reliability of the organization. Internally, it includes mutual respect among employees and fair distribution of work, while externally, it includes adherence to ethical norms in transactions with customers or partners.

Responsibility refers not only to the effort to complete given work or missions, but also to the ability to find solutions and proactively cope when problems arise.
